Pour Over Experience Workshop (Beginner)

To learn how to brew your coffee by using Pour over / hand brew method. In this class we will gradually guide you on how to make good coffee and share our real on the job experiences operating a cafe as well. Limited to 2 pax per session. From 9:30am to 12:00pm (Please take breakfast before you come to the workshop as we have to drink plenty of coffee!)

Program Lesson:

• - Introduction to coffee (Species, process method, roast profile)
• - Coffee Sensory & Cupping
• - Calibration & brewing recipe
• - Hands-on brewing by using V60 dripper

• 10 x packs of 1L Fresh mik & 1kg of  coffee beans for lesson purpose
